Configuring voting permissions for an entire group
Managing voting permissions just became simpler. Administrators and secretaries can now set voting permissions at the group level, ensuring consistent and streamlined rules across teams. This new feature makes it easier to manage voting settings for all members of a group, saving time and reducing the complexity of individual permission adjustments.
Page numbering in the downloaded board book
Navigating your Board Book just got a whole lot easier. With the new Page Numbering feature, users can now automatically see page numbers when downloading the Board Book. This small but valuable addition improves navigation and referencing, making it simpler to follow along during meetings and quickly locate key sections of the document.
Downloading files while viewing them
No more hunting for download options! You can now download files directly while viewing them. This enhancement saves you time by making file downloads more accessible and convenient, allowing you to focus on the content instead of searching for the right options.

- Creating actions now available for all users
Previously, only secretaries and administrators could create actions, but now, all users have the ability to create actions. This provides more flexibility for task management and delegation, allowing everyone to stay on top of their responsibilities and contribute to meeting efficiency. - Built-in support for seamless assistance
We’ve made it even easier to get help with a new Built-in Support feature. Now, users can interact with live support directly through a built-in messenger. You can also access AI-powered answers to questions, read Help Center articles, and receive release notifications—all from within the platform. It’s a more convenient and streamlined way to get the support you need.
