RSVP report: Simplified attendance tracking

The new RSVP Report is a powerful tool for managing meeting participation. It allows you to easily track who attended your meetings and who missed them, making it simpler to monitor compliance with attendance requirements. Whether you’re keeping tabs on board members or team participation, this feature helps you stay organized and ensure everyone is on track.

Meeting timezones: Coordinating across time zones

Coordinating meetings across different time zones can be challenging, but with the new Meeting timezones feature, it’s now easier than ever. This update ensures seamless coordination and increased flexibility for groups with members working in different time zones. No more confusion or missed meetings—everything is synced up, no matter where your team members are located.

Other improvements:

  • Fixed invitation display for .ics files in Outlook
    We’ve resolved an issue with invitations when importing .ics files to Outlook. Links added manually in the “Video Conferencing Link” field now display correctly, whether using Zoom or Teams. Additionally, we’ve eliminated an unnecessary HTML tag that was causing links to break, ensuring they work as expected.
  • Updated organizer field for .ics Invitations
    A small but important update ensures that invitations sent from Ideals Board now correctly include the organizer in the .ics file. This prevents attendees from editing the event in their calendars, ensuring more accurate and controlled meeting details.
  • Admins can create meetings for groups without a Secretary
    We’ve made it easier for administrators to manage meetings, even for groups that do not have a designated secretary. Now, admins can create and manage meetings for all groups, giving them more flexibility in their workflow.
  • No more approval date for meeting minutes
    The previous limitation that required meeting minutes to be approved within six months has been removed. Now, there are no restrictions on when meeting minutes need to be approved, giving you more freedom and flexibility to finalize and archive meeting minutes at your own pace.
